On Monday afternoon, Charlie Batch, his wife Tasha, and other Best of the Batch Foundation staff members and volunteers hosted a press conference announcing the ground-breaking for the new Clubhouse space.
The new additions to the facility in Munhall will be six times the size of the current setup at 21,000 square feet. Many special guests were present to show their support for the Foundation, including Steelers President Art Rooney II, Second Lady of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Giselle Fetterman, Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald and Chip Ganassi of Chip Ganassi Racing.
